REPORT: The Big 12 Believes The AAC Will Attempt To Take All 8 Remaining Members

The Big 12 reportedly believes the AAC is coming for the entire conference.

With Oklahoma and Texas headed to the SEC, the Big 12 has been plunged into utter chaos and nobody knows what the end result will be. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Well, according to Dennis Dodd, the Big 12 believes the AAC intends to try to take all eight members. At the moment, there are 11 football teams in the AAC.

If all eight remaining Big 12 teams go to the American, then it’ll have a staggering 19 teams.

This chaos is honestly starting to get out of control. It was already out of control the moment Texas and Oklahoma decided to jump ship.

If the remaining eight Big 12 teams just leave the conference for the AAC, you’re going to see a situation I’m not sure anyone could have ever envisioned.

Remember, ESPN is also on the hook for a ton of money to the Big 12 as long as the conference is up and running, and nobody is going to be watching with Oklahoma and Texas gone.

That means ESPN has every incentive in the world to cheer and support the AAC pillaging the Big 12, even if they won’t admit it.

Keep checking back for the latest updates as we have them because we’re definitely not even close to being done.
